This regular lunch time event normally takes place on the fourth Tuesday of each month. There is no event charge but food and drinks may be purchased at the bar as required.

We sit in the comfortable lounge bar.  In an informal meeting we exchange information and advice  and often review a members business or marketing campaign.

We are a self-help group whose members are in the main, either self employed or working in small businesses. We keep in touch via the Web, email, phone and face to face meetings to provide each other with advice and support.
